At Six Stories, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
